Roman Motulsky, director of the National Library of Belarus, takes part in the events within the program of the visit of the Belarusian delegation headed by the President of the Republic of Belarus to Georgia on March 22-23.
Alexander Lukashenko, the President of the Republic of Belarus, held official negotiations in expanded format with Giorgi Margvelashvili, the President of the Republic of Georgia on March 22.
Roman Motulsky participated in the negotiations, and together with Giorgi Kekelidze, General Director of the National Parliamentary Library of Georgia, they signed a memorandum on cooperation.
On March 23, the National Parliamentary Library of Georgia will host an event dedicated to the 500th anniversary of Belarusian printing. Roman Motulsky will present an international scientific and publishing project on the reissue of the book heritage of Francysk Skaryna and will gift a multi-volume facsimile to the Georgian side.
