The Republican Public Association “Belaya Rus" Primary Organization

The primary organization of the Republican Public Association "Belaya Rus"  Primary Organisation was established on April 7, 2008.

As of 01.01.2024, 125 library staff members are part of the PO "Belaya Rus".

The subject of the activities of the NGO "Belaya Rus" is the consolidation of Belarusian society aimed at building an economically strong and independent Belarus, protecting national and state interests, ensuring creative work for the sake of personal and public benefit, preserving and developing historical and cultural values, free and respectful relations between people and society.

The primary organization of the NGO "Belaya Rus" carries out its activities in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus, the Law of the Republic of Belarus "On Public Associations", on the basis of the Charter of the NGO "Belaya Rus" and other legislative acts of the Republic of Belarus.

According to the NGO "Belaya Rus" of the National Library of Belarus, it has repeatedly become the winner in the nomination "The best primary organizations of scientific and cultural institutions" (based on the results of the review competitions for 2013, 2016, 2018-2023).
